Delete from the app
- Open ApplyPilot and sign in.
- Go to Settings, then Account.
- Select Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email info@applypilottech.com from the email address connected to your account with the subject “Delete my ApplyPilot account.” We may ask for limited information to verify that the request is yours.
What deletion covers
Once verified, we will delete or de-identify your account profile, resumes and career information, saved roles, drafts, and application activity, subject to limited exceptions required by law, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution. De-identified information that can no longer reasonably be linked to you may be retained.
What to expect
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We will confirm receipt and complete eligible requests within the period required by applicable law. If you have an Apple subscription, deleting the account does not automatically cancel it; manage subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.
