Email supportCareer Agent uses the search preferences you choose to help find relevant roles. If you enable match alerts, the service periodically checks supported sources and sends a summary. Coverage and availability vary by source. Match guidance is not a hiring prediction, and Career Agent does not submit applications for you. You can turn match alerts off in Settings.
Email info@applypilottech.com with the feature name, what you requested in general terms, and why the output is concerning. Do not include your full resume, contact details, employer messages, or other private information. AI resume and response drafts can contain errors; review and edit them before use.
ApplyPilot combines broad-market Jooble results with supported public employer sources, including Greenhouse, Lever, SmartRecruiters, Ashby, Workable, Recruitee, Amazon Jobs, and verified career pages that publish structured job data. Coverage changes as employers and providers change, so ApplyPilot does not promise every job on the internet.
ApplyPilot takes you to the employer’s official application form inside a secure browser. You review and submit the employer’s form yourself so you stay in control of every answer.
Answer Vault is a free, reusable collection of application answers stored on your iPhone. ApplyPilot can match them to similar questions and fills one only after you choose Fill Application. You still review and submit every answer yourself.
For a response draft, ApplyPilot sends the company, role, available job description or summary, application question, optional guidance, and professional facts from your Resume Profile. It excludes your contact details, education, certifications, saved Answer Vault entries, and unrelated application records. The generated draft is returned for you to edit and submit; ApplyPilot never submits it automatically.
Only the company and role you request are sent for public, source-linked research. Your notes, contacts, dates, and career profile are not included.
Your Resume Profile and saved drafts stay on your iPhone. When you request a draft, ApplyPilot sends the target-job information and professional facts you entered. Your name, email, phone number, street address, and professional links are excluded from generation and added to the exported document locally.
The on-device Answer Vault is free. Free also includes one Interview Intelligence report and one Adaptive Resume per confirmed account and device. Standard includes five of each plus 30 application-response drafts per rolling 30 days. Pro includes fifteen of each plus 100 response drafts per rolling 30 days.
Application records are kept in the app’s local store on your iPhone. They do not currently sync between devices.
Open Settings in ApplyPilot. You can export applications as CSV, review and edit an Adaptive Resume before exporting it as PDF or text, delete saved resumes and Answer Vault entries, delete local application data, or permanently delete your account and its local records.
Try the company’s normal name, a related job title, a broader location, or a larger mileage radius. ApplyPilot searches its available sources automatically—there is no hiring-system picker or careers URL to configure. Some employers block public access or publish jobs through a source ApplyPilot cannot index yet.
