Agreement and eligibility
By using ApplyPilot, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
ApplyPilot provides tools that may help you organize career information, understand job fit, prepare application materials, and track your activity. Features may change during development and beta testing.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, protecting your account, reviewing all output, and deciding whether and how to use it. You must not use ApplyPilot to misrepresent qualifications, impersonate another person, violate a third party’s terms, scrape or disrupt systems, distribute malware, or break applicable law.
AI limitations and no employment guarantee
AI-generated insights and drafts may contain errors or omit important context. They are suggestions, not professional, legal, or career advice. ApplyPilot does not guarantee interviews, offers, employment, compensation, or any particular outcome. You remain responsible for every application you submit.
Your content
You retain ownership of the resumes, career information, and other content you provide. You grant ApplyPilot permission to host, process, reproduce, and adapt that content only as needed to operate and improve the service and provide features you request.
ApplyPilot property
ApplyPilot, its software, branding, design, and related materials are owned by ApplyPilot Technologies LLC or its licensors. These terms give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service.
Beta access
Beta features may be incomplete, unavailable, or changed without notice. We may limit or end beta access to protect users, the service, or our legal rights.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties. ApplyPilot Technologies LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the service.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. You may stop using the service at any time, and we may suspend access for violation of these terms or to protect the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory rights under the laws where you live remain unaffected.
